4. Do not rewrite philosophy into marketing.  
5. Do not put secrets in chat, PDFs, or reports.

7. Flagship trim **9×12 in** (Letter OK for drafts).

# STRICT BUILD ORDER

Execute **in this order**. Do not skip ahead to manuals until narrative Volume I structure is wired. Companion manuals 013–023 are largely complete — **verify and merge**, do not rebuild from zero unless broken.

## PHASE 0 — Baseline (gate)

1. Confirm both workspace roots exist and junction works.  
2. Run both build pipelines; record exit codes.  
3. Inventory existing PDFs vs missing.  
4. Confirm Codeina `:8787` or note offline.  

**Gate 0:** rebuild succeeds or failures documented; inventory written.

4. Do **not** claim 9×12 press-certified or licensed photos unless assets exist.
