Codeina

Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 September 2026

This policy explains what information Codeina collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Codeina web application and to any SMS messages we send you.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the service, authenticate you, send the operational notifications you have asked for, and protect the service against abuse. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Mobile messaging and consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you signed up for, and is shared only with the messaging providers required to transmit them.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive operational alerts and approval requests from Codeina. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the rest of the service.

Full messaging terms are described in our Terms of Service.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Codeina — for example hosting, and the telecommunications carriers that deliver messages — and only to the extent needed to perform that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and usage information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact address below.

Security

Access to production systems is restricted, credentials are stored hashed rather than in plain text, and sensitive actions require explicit approval before they run.
