By creating an account or using Codeina, you agree to these terms. If you are using Codeina on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Codeina is a workspace for coordinating automated tasks and approvals. You are responsible for the accounts you create, the credentials you connect, and the actions you approve.
Codeina sends operational alerts and approval requests to users who have opted in — for example, a notification that a task needs your approval, or a one-time verification code. These are transactional messages relating to your own account activity.
You opt in by entering your mobile number in the Codeina web application and confirming that you agree to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can use Codeina fully without providing a mobile number.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To resume, opt in again in the application.
Reply HELP to any message, or email trupay@trupayinc.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out under your credentials.
We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by posting an updated version on this page.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
